I love this app! never fails to put a smile on my childrens faces! :)

This is a great app- it would be good if some of the details within it could switch up- for example the names on the books beside your childs name are always the same- we have 3 kids - they clued into this - or the elf chosen to fetch the book could be switched up- dont get me wrong this is a fantastic app those are the little things I would switch up

I have been using PNP for three years now. My kids (6, 8) love it too. I usually get the unlimited package. I love that Santa can call the kids and that they can watch the video over and over. I wish they could indicate a second call- for those who didnt get "nice" right away. That way the call can be completely different and will show that it is a second call. I also wish that we could have the choice to have both kids in one video. The Christmas Eve one, for example.

I got the unlimited pass and my kids loved it. It gets better each year and I hope next year is just as good or better!

The app works great but the videos freeze sometimes when watching inside the apple app. Other then that we would really like to have it in French for the kids... Great work with the apps, the kids loved it.

Weve had a lot of fun with this app both with the kids and adults. Tried emailing a video but not sure yet if it worked. If so, its taking a while...or maybe it went in their junk mail instead of the inbox.

This app is amazing. It really added to the Christmas magic in our house. The amount of detail in the videos is spectacular. This is exactly how Id imagine Santas village to look like! The kids absolutely loved getting the videos from Santa and his elves. Im looking forward to incorporating this into our Christmas celebrations again next year!!

This App, allows you to create the most incredible, believable videos for children which give you chills just watching them. The settings are wonderful, the characters charming and Santa is just as we all knew he would be!! Invest the few dollars more and do the Premiere version. You can actually create 6 different versions with different storylines to show your child throughout the season! Dont hesitate!!

My sons eyes lit up. When Santa said "hello Derek", he said hello back. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see the magic of Christmas through a childs eyes. Truly magical!

We purchased the premium app this year with unlimited videos and phone calls it was money spent. In addition to using this app for our own children, I or Santa made some surprise phone calls to unexpected family and friends when we were at their house as well as calls and videos to Nieces and nephews. It was great being able to share with so many the magic of Santa. We also had some giggles over the videos Santa left for the adults too !

Bought an in app feature (11,99 + taxes) that never worked! Tried to contact them trought the app several times, I never got assistance. Left multiple voice messages at Ugroupmedia, no one has even returned my calls. I am not done! You will give me my money back

Doesnt work and refuse to refund the $11.99. The customer service is deplorable.

Its a very good app because you get to make and personalize some videos that then are sent to Santa Claus. After you can watch and enjoy this video that youve made.

I have used this app for many years to create Santa videos for my grandchildren. The PNP program has gotten easier to use each year and I think that the money I spent for the Premium videos and the Gold package was a bargain!! My grandchildren anticipate the arrival of the video and the joy in their eyes is unforgettable. Their parents often video them watching their message from Santa for the first time to capture that wonder. The addition of new storylines make the videos a little different each year. I love this app and the improvements they make each year. My journey from a free video many years ago to the ones I made this year has been filled with smiles from the grandchildren!! Thank you!!

This app is amazing! My kids have loved all the videos and calls from Santa. PLEASE make it possible to have more than one child selected for the calls. Santa had to make 3 separate calls to tell my 3 kids he was on his way. It would be awesome if he could have said all their names in one call. Other than that, this APP is amazing!!!
