My boys look forward to the video from Santa every year. I love that we can personalize it.

My boys were captivated by the fact Santa knew their nicknames and when they saw the book with their names on it that was the icing.

Awesome work!! You really did well this is my second year doing this and I paid for the unlimited. Keep it up, I will pay more if you include a Santa tracker, more videos and whatever else you come up with. If you dont like this you just dont get Christmas so just go away and keep your negative comments to yourself.

I bought the premium service as an in-app purchase. It didnt work. I have been ignored my PNPs customer service. I have now contacted the Apple Store to see what they can do.

Ive been using pnp for years-the free offers get more slim every year so I paid the $10 for unlimited video. Then I find out its only for one season- totally not worth it. Giant rip off. Mad I bought it. Never again. Videos are good but not worth $10 for a month.

My grandkids loved their messages from Santa. This might even cause a Santa skeptic to believe an extra year. There is a version for adults thats a lot of fun.
