Update 12/2015 - This year was the last straw. I paid the premium price because although its a hassle to work with, the kids Love getting videos from Santa. However, I quickly realized that the increased premium price didnt cover phone calls anymore. That was ADDITIONAL. On top of that, the app was so buggy that we were only able to get one or two videos out of it before I told my kids that Santa isnt doing any more videos this year.
Original post - I have absolutely no problem whatsoever paying $9.99 for an app of this caliber. Last year was far less expensive, but I think it worked much better.
First, it asks for so much information and so many pics, which is awesome. But many are not even incorporated. If you are asking for input, please use the information we parents take the time to provide.
Second, who on earth is Pamela? No matter what name is typed into the 4th friend spot on the two scenes (not the movie scene), the name Pamela displays on the books.
Also, Ive always assigned the middle category (not naught, but not nice either) until Christmas Eve (Then he gets Nice). This year it seemed so negative. He nearly cried and thats not normal for him.
Dont get me wrong, the kids love the videos and phone calls, so were happy with that. But for the price increase, I expect the app to work better - its frustrating the way it is now.
