Call Santa Claus with PNP App Reviews

We have been using The PNP since my daughter was three or four and shes about to turn 10. To this day she still believes in Santa Claus. Weve had discussions about whats real and shes mentioned that many of her friends dont believe in Santa. When I asked her about it, she told me that she believes that Santa is as real as he is in her heart. Ill take that all day.

My kids loved the messages from Santa. I had the unlimited package. I was able to make a message for each child and had Santa call my kids as well. It would be wonderful if you could have Santa call a group of kids (like my 3 kids) versus just one. I just chose my youngest child to receive he call and have his name said by Santa.

I want to start off saying I had fun with this app. Sure were there things I noticed that could be better? Absolutely! However I knew when purchasing the app that it was for entertainment purposes only and although yes I paid for unlimited use and yes that is probably more than I should have. It did do exactly what I wanted it to do... Made my grandchildren smile!! With all that said, I am completely satisfied and have no regrets not complaints!

Been using this for 5 years since birth of my daughter and her face lights up every year. Free version is already great enough, but for a little extra you get the bonuses and its worth it. Give it a go next Christmas or birthday.

Update 12/2015 - This year was the last straw. I paid the premium price because although its a hassle to work with, the kids Love getting videos from Santa. However, I quickly realized that the increased premium price didnt cover phone calls anymore. That was ADDITIONAL. On top of that, the app was so buggy that we were only able to get one or two videos out of it before I told my kids that Santa isnt doing any more videos this year. Original post - I have absolutely no problem whatsoever paying $9.99 for an app of this caliber. Last year was far less expensive, but I think it worked much better. First, it asks for so much information and so many pics, which is awesome. But many are not even incorporated. If you are asking for input, please use the information we parents take the time to provide. Second, who on earth is Pamela? No matter what name is typed into the 4th friend spot on the two scenes (not the movie scene), the name Pamela displays on the books. Also, Ive always assigned the middle category (not naught, but not nice either) until Christmas Eve (Then he gets Nice). This year it seemed so negative. He nearly cried and thats not normal for him. Dont get me wrong, the kids love the videos and phone calls, so were happy with that. But for the price increase, I expect the app to work better - its frustrating the way it is now.

This years app was horrible. The videos never worked and I paid premium price. Last years app was so much better. None of the features worked. Did everything it told me to do if I was having problems and nothing changed. Disappointed!

I WASTED $12.99 ON THIS APP. When you do a video it freezes up near the end when you have around 3-4 mins left, on every video. Wish really stinks. I always used the free one, but I figured Ill go ahead and upgrade since a liked the app so much it would be a whole lot better. WELL ITS NOT, do not waste your time or money on purchasing this app.

Santa cant do basic math. The response from support. Change your kids birthday. I dont think thats a solution. But I edited the video 3 times and Santa still didnt get it right.

I used this app to send messages to my grandson during the 2015 Christmas season... My daughter informed me that each video I sent my grandson made him feel very special. Thanks for the memories.

I put four stars because 2015 Christmas it said there were problems so the whole Christmas Santa did not tell us if we were naughty or nice and we did not get to see Santa

The original app was wonderful, inexpensive and fun. Subsequent versions are much more expensive. Also, the app used to know the correct age of the child. Now it keeps telling me that my child is his former age for his birthday video when clearly he should be the next age. Very frustrating when you want to send a birthday video.

Bought this app and it wouldnt load. No charge came through so I bought again only to have them charge me twice. Apple doesnt refund.

The personalized stories are just adorable. If your child is in the realm of believing in Santa, then this is a great app for you. My little guy is STILL asking to watch the videos in April. I plan on using it next season.

My daughter flipped when Santa sent a video on Christmas. She flipped out even more when Santa remembered her birthday 4 months later. Incredible app that makes the magic of Christmas last all year. My 4yr/old thanks PNP and Santa for the wishes...

Every time Santa would always get my name wrong but I thought it was kinda funny l down loaded many other apps and they were not as good as this one

So nice of you fix any issues 5 months after it was needed. Paid for it never could get it to work with a pic of our tree. Reported it. Nothing done! What a joke!
