My kids LOVE it!

I have been using PNP for three years now. My kids (6, 8) love it too. I usually get the unlimited package.
I love that Santa can call the kids and that they can watch the video over and over.
I wish they could indicate a second call- for those who didnt get "nice" right away. That way the call can be completely different and will show that it is a second call.
I also wish that we could have the choice to have both kids in one video. The Christmas Eve one, for example.
