I have been doing a premium video each year for my kids since 2016. Each year the videos are different without any repeats. My kids asked for them and would remind me to check if Santa sent a message yet. My kids have grown up now but fondly remember these messages as part of the Christmas tradition. Of all the things you can spend money on at Christmas few will give you the memories like this app. I have downloaded all of the videos I’ve made over the years for the kids now to look back at.

We had a good experience with this the first year, then I was charged again the second year (I did not realize the payment was set for recurring) and no one responded to me as to how to apply the payment to my account. Long story short, I had $20 paid in from me and after three weeks, still no response from customer service. I was unable to use the service despite paying for it and missed Christmas. Very disappointed after a good experience the first year.

Can’t find any info in help to cancel. Cant find anything anywhere. Went through pages of “terms” no where is there a link. So frustrating. Videos looks cute in ad but not personal enough to impress my kids.

Horrible! Prior years I used the free offer and my grandkids lived it. This year I purchased premiere. Neither my Ohio grandson nor my Chicago grandkids could open their videos. They were very sad. I would like a refund. I can try again next year.

The app has become too cumbersome and it makes mistakes (such as using an old photo instead of the new one). Plus, if it’s interactive I can’t make a video and share it with my grandkids.

I had this app years ago, it was great. Now it’s overly complicated, I can’t share the videos with family. Quiet frankly I don’t want a phone call. I have purchased the year -but Once I figure out how to cancel, I’m out

Ok, so I got a one year plan so I could do a video and call for my granddaughter. 1. You can’t share the video with anyone 2. You can’t download the video for later showing, because the call is in the video 3. None of this is told to you until after you pay, and make video. 4. Basically it’s a big rip off, but they cover their backside with their huge terms of service! 5. Don’t buy anything from them! Just do the free video and that’s all. I’m sure they won’t respond to my rating. If i could I would give them negative stars.

Everything in this app literally made me cry. Finally at 39 years old with my first born son, Giovanni - now 14 months, really makes me so very excited to experience Christmas thru his big beautiful precious, innocent and very excited eyes. Brilliant app! This has restored my sons belief in Santa

I’ve been making these videos for 15 years or more. My children are grown now so I make them for my niece and it’s just a magical experience. They’re so happy and excited to receive them.

4th year of using, keeps getting better. Well worth the money!

Paid $10 for one premium video. Upon showing it to my daughter ad showed up and ruined it. I clicked off of it and then it popped back up. I want my $10 back.

This is a wonderful app and worth every penny! My grandchildren now wait for their special phone call. It's a glorious gift to share!

App was great for several years after purchasing the Pass. This year I go in and they want me to have credits to create calls when I have had the magic pass for years. You offered me unfiltered access when you were starting out and I supported it. Now you’re sucking more money? Don’t tell me something is good for 10 years and then change the terms after the fact.

Half the videos aren’t even shareable. I purchased to send my niece Santa messages and they can’t be sent. I feel a bit ripped off.

Unable to send videos through all formats. Video not able to be seen after sending it. Cannot “send” calls or videos or interactive. . If sent via text, it says access denied. I love the idea, but I paid for premium and all of the things included in premium are not working. Interestingly, the site still promotes premium access and lists all capabilities that are not working. Most of the “new” content involved material that couldn’t be shared. Very frustrating.

All the videos are slightly interactive which kind of takes away the fun sometimes. Also, the ones for grown-ups are as funny as they used to be. I paid for the magic pass and stated that I would have access to my archived videos but that is not the case. I still like that you can make videos for kids, but definitely used to be better and more fun when they were free.

The service progressively gets worse every year. Worse content and I never get what I paid for. I paid for the yearly magic pass which has auto renewed since 2018 I believe and all I get is a video pass, in which I can only access free videos and have to pay 19.99 for another year on top of the 14.99 I already just paid

I’ve done the magic pass multiple years. The videos are cute and creative the magic pass never stays active for the year though and the other “deals” offered with the magic pass will screw you over at the most expensive time of the year and that’s not appreciated. I continue to hope for the best but this year I’ve just had enough I refuse to pay this again.

I don’t think it is right to cut free trial video half way through when it’s a call from Santa. Give a single video option.

I have been creating great PNP videos on my iPad since 2010. This year the application is horrible. Drop down menus don’t work, and now that I have finally created after 1 hr of frustration, I am unable to open my video, or send it. You have my money, I want my video.

I have enough credit to ensure my grandson believes that Santa will call him, but the call never comes through. I used various phone numbers, and we even let him listen to the previews. It’s incredibly disappointing.

Paid for premium to discover this year you can’t share the interactive videos. What good is it if I can’t share it with who I made it for. Quite angry about this waste of time and money, not to mention some very disappointed kids! Shame on you!

The app should have an option to choose from Santa’s of all different race and ethnicity so all kids will feel included in the magic of Christmas.

The Santa looks ridiculous in my opinion. Obnoxious mustache and why is his beard in the videos like 3 feet long. Just looks really off to me.

This app has been life changing and helped out a lot. Not only does it bring Christmas magic and immense joy to my kids, we’ve used it to make other kids in the family happy and believers again, and even used it to call Santa to bring joy to random kids in pain in the community. Called Santa for a sobbing child at the store who suffered the loss of her favorite toy, and Santa made it all better and cheered her up again. Her parents were stunned, and I told them I HIGHLY recommend this app. We use it multiple times a day all through the Christmas season. It’s worth every penny, and we couldn’t have our christmas without it now.

Once a free app to get a really nice video experience with Santa, has turned into a cash grab. It’s really sad that a lot of children look forward to these videos, however for $15+ to use it one time in the year is absolutely ridiculous.

This app bills and is ridiculous hard to navigate to cancel the auto billing!!!! Stay away!

Takes your money and stops working in 1 day.

My son was very sad after taking pictures with Santa. He wanted to stay with Santa. Therefore I want on google and found this app. After scrolling for a long time searching for at least 1 free call I could not find one not one!!! I don’t think this is fair to people like me and my son who don’t have enough extra money to son silly Santa apps. I MEAN ONE CALL SHOULD NOT BE THAT EXPENSIVE!!!! With all of my bills and taxes and a hungry mouth to feed and no spouse to help me this is not except able! I’m not going to stand for it. And if you get this review and think that I’m just and angry poor lady who has had a bad day then you are wrong there are so many other people like me who are struggling financially. So my one request is for you to make at least one free video for us poor people!✊🏻

My daughter just turned five and was shaking with excitement when she got her first video. I got the QR code off a kinder advent calendar. I’m glad I was curious. This app is sooo worth checking out. My only advice is to not over do it! There’s a lot of videos to choose from!

I have paid for this app for 4 years. This year everytime I click to make a video it takes me to the screen to upgrade for more money. I’ve tried reaching out to their support and just got an automated response that it was their busy season…my kids ask every day if Santa sent them a message yet 😡

But I paid for premium. And it’s not showing I did.
